"tu" (this) and "le" (this) indicate the third person. These can be used as an adjective, being put before nouns.
tu miik (this apple)
le miik (that apple)

If the noun is animate, use "lu" (this person) or "la" (that person)
lu fian (this girl)
la fian (that girl)
